The FORMULA - Step by step:
(to create CONDUCIVE BREEDING GROUNDS for
Ideas>Technology>Products/services>Wealth>Self-Sufficient Nations>World Peace)
1. continuously encourage/extract it (Ideas),
2. store to channel it correctly,
3. create the right technology to serve & realize it,
4. create a path to benefit from it,
5. create a ratio to devide its benefit so as to further encourage all the above steps thus self-managing it,
6. keep optimizing the system to govern it all,
Target to be set:
1. Teach all citizens how to contribute ideas into the 'Idea Bank', and a target should be set. Example: A nation targetted to extract an average of 1 Idea per citizen per month = 12 ideas/citizen/year (target can be increased every year because: "with Quantity comes QUALITY")
1b. IPTA & IPTS (Universities & Colleges) will tap into the 'Idea Bank' and do R&D for each new idea to create a technology for it and store it in the 'Technology Bank'.
2. Based on an average of a 2000 population, gain/year = USD1,000,000 nett/year ; so on average, the gain from Idea is at USD500/citizen/year
2a. If a nation has 20 million citizens contributing to the same average, thus, gain = USD10 billion
2b. If the nation devide 20 percent of the gain ratio to its government, thus, USD2 billion will be due to government each year
2c. As long as the products/services created keep existing, the gain will be there every year, demand will also increase from year to year mostly, thus giving an exponential effects on the Sum over the years (this is IF the products/services are fixed, which is impossible, because with time, new ideas keep materialized into technology, and eventually, into the existence of more products/services.)
2d. A nation will achieve the amount to make it self sufficient in less than a couple of decades.
2e. There was another (quite different) scenario:
An average of a 300 idea-contributors, gain/year = MYR3,000,000 nett/year ; so on average, the gain was at MYR10,000/person/year. Contributors later multiplied into 150% the next year and 300% in the third year. Good things can be very contagious too.
3. IPTA & IPTS (Universities & Colleges) should start thinking how to turn your R&D products & services into profit, and aimed at making themselves independent from government/public funding for their full operations. In time, they can minimize gradually and eventually, abolish all fees incurred to all students (in other words, all courses are free for all seekers of knowledge).
4. Teach all citizens how to tap on the 'technology bank' with the spirit of entreprenuership and get them committed into giving due portions back with the profit they reaped (i.e. according to the ratio division set by their respective country)
5. Savings of wastage/etc can also be regarded as some kind of gain which can be multiplied with time, scope of coverage, and the increasing areas infected by the effort/etc.
RESULT:
1. NATIONS will cease the needs to tax its public,
2. The WORLD will cease dependencies on oil,
3. Different faiths will start looking at mutual benefits to co-exist,

1) When one has idea and he/she let it out, new ideas will be let in. (A good channel will let ideas flow like 'waterfalls'.)
2) Not all idea comes to those capable of 'REALIZING' it. Thus there goes a saying that ideas are sometimes useless..
3) Idea BREEDS technology. Technology breeds products and services.
4) To gain the most and the best technology, the mindset needed is: 'Every idea is USEFUL.'
The means:
1) System (MSC / Multimedia Super Corridor) & links to be up and linked: Idea bank + Technology bank + Entrepreneurships (citizens + IPTA/IPTS (Universities & Colleges) + entrepreneurs + government)
2) With 'patent' (or even without, in order to let Ideas flow fastest)
3) ANYONE can contribute their ideas to the Idea Bank
4) BAR or Quarantine ALL ideas for weaponry/destruction (very important to keep this evil out from the very beginning or risk destroying our children/grandchildren with our own hands)
5) IPTA/IPTS (Universities/Colleges) & R&D bodies can tap on any idea to 'REALIZE' it
6) TECHNOLOGY resulted from the 'realization' of ideas will be stored into the Technology Bank
7) Citizens/ENTREPRENEURS can select from the Technology Bank, to produce products and services and make profit for all.
The Vision:
1) Ideas can range from those that profit nations to those that profit families / individuals
2) Technology ranges from those that benefit nations to those that benefits the mind, body and soul.
3) Profit from the resulted products/services should be divided brilliantly to all the steps 'contributors' plus the government too.
