Bribe is bad for your company and your country! DESIST!
Read this true story below (modified but within scale). Let not mention companies or countries concerned. Just lesson learned. Insya Allah.

Company 1 (C1) of 3000 employees approached a trainer to train their employees well. After 12 months of applying the right skills and knowledge, they achieved HIGHEST PROFIT (by 70 MILLION dollars more than usual profits after deducting the training fees of not even reaching 200k). C1 is able to give HIGHEST BONUS to all employees in their history of existence! The 2nd year, they leap by 100 MILLION dollars more than the usual profits (after deducting the training fees of not even reaching 300k). C1 can see their profits growing EXPONENTIALLY! C1 are thus heading for expansions and may also EATS up all its competitors locally and GLOBALLY!

While C2 and C3 of about the same number of employees, approach the same trainer and asked for bribe. So the trainer refused and they managed to engage another trainer that did not refuse. In the end, their profits are the same but deterioration continued until the C2 was sold to other countries. While C3 is still being backed up by its goverment. In fact, they are losing both this life, and the next. May they all and we all repent before its too late, ameen.

Seriously, it is best that you share the blessed 70 MILLION dollars and later, the 100 MILLION dollars, instead of sharing the bribe money which may not even mount up to 200 thousand dollars. Further, this kind of negative action will only destroy your company and everyone in it. So sad!

If there is a 'wall', BREAK IT! :)

Sometimes in doing projects improvement, my participants too run into walls. I always motivate them to break them all. Thus they are now the innovators and creators of new technologies, new organizational culture/system, new manual / work instructions, etc.etc.

When they have succeeded in removing lots of rejects and preventing breakdowns, my participants came and said this

Sadly but surely their competitors had to close down but before that they just had to try it 1 last time, so it is seen that there are some minor claims from my client's customer and
when I ask them, was it a paper clip?
They said, no.. err.. wait a minute, how do you know?
Me: so not paper clip.. what was it?
Client: a pen.

Well you see, with the right skills and knowledge, you can compete nobly, via quality improvements and such; but without it, they had to resort to sabotage coz sadly, that's the only way left.

Action 1: To billionaires around the world,
Buy all the weapons from all manufacturers of weapons around the world as tax deductable expenses and bury / destroy them all. And to all weapon manufacturers, TODAY you can look for other environmental-friendly products of equal profitability. May GOD forgive us all our sins in the past - all the innocent lives we took/hurt by the weapons we produced yesterday/before. Not to mention all the kids we have made orphans. May peace be upon us from TODAY onwards.

Action 2: To all R&D centers & varsities & etc.
Collect as many good imaginations as possible and R&D to realize them all and put your result/discovered technologies to banks / financial institution to fund for mass productions and take some 1-5% of the profit eternally to re-fund your future R&D in making other's dreams come true. & another 1-10% profit for governement. Give it some 13 - 17 years for the exponential profit to take effect and we could have tax-free governments / countries.

Action 3: To Governments,
Do a total eradication of war & hunger in every part of the country/world.

Action 4: To Banking/Financial Institutions,
Eliminate credit system phase by phase and fully support and nurture debit system to fill/balance the gradually-increased void (while, continue producing more and more physical products in the wake of new/improved technologies as in Action-2) for eventual elimination of 'inflation'.

Action 5: To Authorities/Governments,
Convert/Build more free schools/colleges (made possible by the eternal fund/profit-sharing, from Action-2). Eventually, closing more prisons, since the race for food/evil has changed to unquenchable hunger for knowledge, for better technologies / new discoveries, which could bring so much more wealth and peace for family & loved ones.

Stop associating war with every advancement in science and technology. Start promoting PEACE & HARMONY as a new world order.

Action7: To Everyone,
Stop circulating those that promote destruction, but keep 'liking' and 'sharing' all the sites/articles/fb walls/discoveries/blogs which talk about PEACE & HARMONY.
